Welcome to the Urban App. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and rights governing your use of the Urban Airsoft App platform. By accessing or using this application—even without logging in—you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.

Urban App is a community platform built to support real-world and online experiences. It offers features including XP tracking, event participation, digital rewards, messaging, and public user profiles. This platform is developed and maintained by Urban Entities (PTY) LTD/ MassComputing (PTY) LTD.

Users must be 10 years of age or older to register. However, users under the age of 16 are strictly prohibited from using any private messaging or chat-related functionality within the Urban App. Urban reserves the right to restrict or limit account features for any user who violates this rule.

When registering, users agree to provide accurate information and verify their account via email. Multiple accounts, impersonation, or abuse of the XP or reward systems may result in suspension or deletion of your account without notice.

The platform includes virtual XP and digital tokens known as Urban Airsoft Dollars (UAD), which are granted based on participation, event attendance, or system actions. These are virtual values without real-world monetary backing and may be revoked, adjusted, or reset without warning if misuse or errors are detected.

Event participation is tracked through time, attendance, and location-based validation. Claiming rewards without valid presence is a violation of the Terms and may result in the reversal of XP, UAD, or voucher entitlements.

Public profiles allow users to be discovered and recognized in the community. Content displayed through your profile must be respectful and non-offensive. The platform may remove or moderate user-generated content at any time.

Private messaging and event-based group chat are intended to enhance user communication. Any harassment, spam, or abusive behavior will result in account restrictions. Message history may be monitored or audited to ensure compliance with platform standards.

Vouchers provided through Urban are single-use, uniquely generated, and non-transferable. They may be redeemed via QR code scanning or direct input (Unless bought from the shop that will have to be redeemed by a admin). Unauthorized duplication, sharing, or misuse of voucher codes is a direct violation of platform integrity and may result in bans or legal action.

Urban protects your data and does not sell it to third parties. Some user information is stored and processed securely to enable app functionality, such as login, XP tracking, event handling, and profile display. No data is shared externally except with the apps developer, MassComputing (PTY) LTD, for maintenance, upgrades, or abuse prevention.

The app may send emails related to registration, password reset, or critical notifications. These are sent via secure methods and may include links specific to your account. You may not disable critical notifications but can unsubscribe from optional updates if offered.

Urban App includes a ranking system that publicly highlights top performers by XP. This data includes profile images and names that are visible to others and may be embedded on public pages. By earning XP, you agree to be visible in public rankings if your rank qualifies.

Urban App accesses your location solely during certain event-based interactions (such as claiming rewards), and only with your permission. This data is used for tracking purposes beyond that specific moment of use.

Urban may be taken offline for updates, maintenance, or service recovery. While efforts will be made to prevent data loss, the platform is provided "as is" without guarantee of uptime, availability, or performance under all conditions.

Use of the Urban App is entirely at your own risk. UrbanAirsoft , MassComputing (PTY) LTD, and all associated parties are not liable for lost data, unclaimed rewards, system failures, or any indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing the latest version, which will always be accessible via the app or login page, even without an account.
